[Freetel-codec2] Positive experience ordering the SM1000

My SM1000 arrived from China in 12 days and was well packed and appears
fully functional.

Thanks to David, Rick, Edwin and all involved in making such a nice little
unit!

If anyone is looking for a radio cable I used our West Mountain Radio
RIGblaster mic cable for my IC-718 and it was easy to figure out the
jumpering. See

Now just waiting for a live signal to try it out with :)
