After long last, I can report that FreeDV is in Fedora and EPEL 7.
Currently it bundles sox 14.4.1 since .2 hid some symbols used by FreeDV.
It is in the testing repositories so to install/update (if you used my
COPR) you'll need to add "--enablerepo=updates-testing" to your yum
(RHEL/CentOS/SL) command or dnf for Fedora, i.e.:
dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing install freedv
or if it's already installed and you're updating:
dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing update freedv
The repo push for F22 hasn't happened yet but should soon. You can monitor
the status here:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=freedv
If I get +3 karma I can push the packages into stable but please actually
test them first. If not, I can push them to stable after 1 week for Fedora
and 2 weeks for EPEL.
Thanks,
Richard
